2024 East Asia Pacific “Meet Your Way” Campaign – Terms and Conditions

The “IHG Meet Your Way’ campaign (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected meeting and event bookings which are booked with a signed meeting and event contract between the organisation and the hotel between 3 September 2024 and 31 March 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Booking Dates”) for meetings and events that are consumed at participating IHG branded hotels in Southeast Asia, South Korea, Australia and the Pacific islands until 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Consumed Dates”). Bookings must be made through IHG direct channels including: IHG hotels in Southeast Asia, South Korea, Australia and the Pacific islands, IHG.com, IHG.com/meetings, IHG Groups Centre (ihg.com/meetings), IHG Meetings Centre (for IHG Sales managed accounts only) or Cvent.com.

The Promotion is available for new bookings and existing groups, meeting and event enquiries (which are currently being negotiated) which are booked between the Booking Dates. An event contract must be signed with a participating hotel on or before 31 March 2025 for the terms of this Promotion to be valid and details of this Promotion must be included in the contract. The Promotion is not valid if a group, meeting or event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date after 31 December 2025 or for any citywide bookings. Promotion is not available for repeat bookings and does not apply to groups, meetings or events bookings which are contracted prior to 3 September 2024 or which are made in conjunction with another promotional offer. Promotion is subject to availability, exclusions and black-out dates may apply and all bookings are subject to terms included in the hotel contract. The Promotion applies to selected group, meeting and event bookings of 10 guest rooms or more. The minimum spend threshold and benefits for the offer varies and is determined by the Participating Hotels and full details are set out on the website for the Promotion and will be confirmed at the time of making an enquiry. Bookings are final and require full prepayment for the entire event at time of booking unless alternative payment arrangements are made with the Participating Hotel. Cancellation and no-show policy applies as per each Participating Hotel. Once a booking is confirmed, the booker’s credit card will be charged between the booking time and event date for the total amount shown, regardless of whether the booking is used. Local government guidelines might require hotels to make any operational changes and you will be informed at the time of check-in. The spend is reflected in USD and local currency conversion rate may vary from time to time and is at IHG’s sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

Component 1: 5% off master bill

A 5% rebate on the master bill is offered at the discretion of the hotel for consumed guest rooms, non-labor food and beverage, catering, and meeting room rental charges. The rebate does not apply to third-party charges such as outsourced audio-visual services, florists, or décor vendors. All other charges on the master account folio must be paid in full and do not qualify for the discount. Food & beverage minimums may apply, and hotels may impose a cap on the discount.

Component 2: 2X points with IHG Business Rewards – available for bookings by 31 December 2024 only

With 2X IHG Business Rewards, you can earn double IHG One Rewards points when booking meetings, events or rooms – up to a total of 120,000 IHG One Rewards points per event (which is the amount that would be awarded for $20,000 or local currency equivalent).  To qualify groups must be booked with a mutually signed contract between 8 September 2024 and 31 December 2024, and bookings must be consumed by 30 June 2025. Component 3: Pick two benefits

Bookings under this Promotion are eligible to choose two benefits to be included as part of their booking. The available benefits may vary by hotel and are subject to availability at participating hotels, please enquire benefits available at your chosen hotel.

Component 4: One extra benefit – available for bookings by 31 October 2024 only

Bookings confirmed and signed by 31 October 2024 that meet the Promotion’s prerequisites can select one additional benefit, on top of the already selected benefits from component 3, from the options provided by the chosen participating hotel. The availability of benefits may vary by hotel, please enquire benefits available at your chosen hotel.
